Kauai Lagoons Resort
Golf
Consistently ranked one of America’s top golf resorts by both Golf Digest and Golf Magazine, the Kauai Lagoons Golf Club features the finest pair of golf courses ever designed by Jack Nicklaus. The spectacular Kiele Course and its sportier companion, the Mokihana, feature world class golf and stunning island vistas on every hole.

Kiele
Hailed as one of the finest golf gems in the Pacific, the 7,070-yard Kiele Course is one of Jack Nicklaus’ best designs. Fairways weave along imposing ocean cliffs, over promontories high above Nawiliwili Harbor, and along the 38 acres of Kauai Lagoons. Already a Golf Magazine Top 100 course, the Kiele Course will soon become even more spectacular, as two golf holes are realigned to run along the ocean, for a total of five consecutive oceanfront holes.
Mokihana
A perfect compliment to the more challenging Kiele, the gentler 6,900-yard Mokihana was crafted for players of all skill levels. The course is marked by Scottish-style rolling links, open fairways and a relative lack of forced carries. Indigenous island landscaping flourishes in exquisite harmony with its tropical setting. The Mokihana’s challenges come within 150 yards of the hole, where serpentine waste areas and creative bunkers can add strokes if one is not mindful.
The Mokihana Course has been rated by Golf Magazine as one of the ten most playable in America, and offers breathtaking views of Mt. Waialeale, the extinct volcano that birthed the island of Kauai.
